Each skid mark enroute tells its own tale,
Each pothole enroute voices a sound of concern,
Each broken road rail enroute states its own grevious tale,
Each mangled vehicle enroute screams 'drive safe'.

Each loaded truck enroute assures prosperity,
Each electric pole enroute ascertain's bright future,
Each field enroute promises sated stomachs,
Each milestone enroute typifies progress.

Paraphrase

The poet Saptak Mankad tells us that each skid mark on the road has its own story of being formed.

Each pothole that we see on our way shows that the road needs a repair .

Each broken rail road on our way that’s broken due a mishap tells that the passengers in the vehicle might have not survived and is so disheartening.

The poet conveys that each vehicle that is crashed and has its mangles remains on the side track warns us to be careful and drive safe so as to not end up being Mr. Late.

This way in the first paragraph the poet shows some negativity prevailing on the road.

In the second paraghraph the poet is full of positivity, He tells that each truck that we see by the road leads to progress and development of the country!

Each electric pole enroute shows that a bright future awaits where all the villages and towns will have enough electricity to distribute evenly.

Each field that we on the side of the road promises that all people in our country will have food to fill up their hungry stomachs.

In the last line poet ends with an energetic  note. He tells that each milestone that we see by the side of the road takes us near to our destination makes us excited by thinking of being with our near and dear ones at the end of our journey. The milestone signifies that we are progressing and we will reach the destination.
